Inclusive Education Online Courses

Inclusive Education is a new online course that focuses on teaching all learners, including those with disabilities and other special needs. From preschool to higher education, this course will cover foundational principles and best practices of inclusive education, teaching strategies and classroom accommodations, behavior management, assessment and evaluation, collaboration with families and outside agencies, professional development and leadership opportunities.

This online course was developed in cooperation between faculty and students with disabilities. It offers you a chance to gain an understanding of inclusive education, disability and diversity issues. The resources are based on lived experience, and as such can offer a unique perspective that you may not find in textbooks or academic journals.

There are no prerequisites for taking this free, self-guided course.
